My Story
Grief changed me in ways I never could have imagined. In the early days, I felt completely overwhelmed-by the shock, the day-to-day challenges, and the loneliness that comes from feeling like no one truly understands.
Through years of navigating loss, researching. learning, and rebuilding my own life, I discovered practical tools and gentle frameworks that made getting through each day a little more possible.
The Good Grief Method is everything I wish I had in those darkest moments.
My Mission
To help people survive their darkest days with clarity, compassion and practical support - and to guide them toward a future where life can feel meaningful again.
My Approach
Practical, compassionate, and real. This is not about fixing grief or bypassing pain. It's about giving you what you need to survive today and the tools to help you move forward in your own time.
