The Good Grief Method is a digital product delivered electronically and made available for download immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital book has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases after digital delivery has begun. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, receive an incorrect file, or believe the digital product is defective or materially not as described, please contact us at support@thegoodgriefbook.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you may lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once delivery begins.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
